Foundation

Halme Construction is a family owned business that set roots down in the Spokane area in 1992. The foundation of our success has been our accountability to high standards in project safety, quality and productivity as well as our expectation for successful relationships with customers, employees, vendors and the public. We have found that, through this expectation of high standards, innovation and teamwork thrive, Halme Construction stayed true to our values through the “Great Recession” and today we see the fruits of the hard work in the early years to build relationships and a culture of People, Innovation and Professionalism. Our passion for staying local has driven us to continuously open new doors to allow our team an extended market in the Spokane region. Using this platform we have successfully built numerous projects for repeat customers over the years.

Past

In our early years we worked primarily for Lincoln County and the majority of towns within. We have completed several road and bridge projects for Lincoln County as well as several street and utility projects in the municipal areas. We’ve found that in order for our employees to “be home for supper” we needed to expand our relationships to the larger customers in the region to stay local.

Present

Since the early 2000’s we have constructed miles of streets and utility projects, multiple Combined Sewer Overflow projects, bridges, decant facilities, booster stations, pumping facilities, wastewater treatment plants and large earthwork projects in the Spokane area. This work has been primarily for the City of Spokane, Spokane County and Washington State Department of Transportation, as well as many smaller municipalities in the region.

Future

Halme Construction plans to continue our focus on building relationships locally. We believe this will continue to open new doors with our current clients as well as expose us to new opportunities with potential clients and employees alike.
