Team Building

A integrated approach allows valuable input from all parties. Embracing constructive conflict on issues which allows every avenue to be examined for the best project outcome.

Design Value Analysis

Constructability review exposes potential costly or impractical designs. Problem solving on challenging issues to provide best value to the project.

Budget Control

Conceptual estimating creates a road map for the design team. Historically competitive cost estimating creates reliable budgets.

Risk Management

Project scope analysis reduces change orders. High-risk constructability issues can be resolved during design.
FEATURED
Combined Sewer Overflow Reduction Projects

Halme Construction has constructed, spanning multiple contracts, over 6 million gallons of CSO overflow storage facilities. These projects ranged from underground storm cells catching localized stormwater runoff to complex concrete structures catching significant volumes of overflows serving large areas of the city. Halme Construction created a reputation for being problem solvers to complex challenges and teamed up with Walker Construction to perform one of Washington State’s first Heavy Civil GCCM projects on CSO 24 for the City of Spokane.
